New Taipei City Museum of Art

The New Taipei City Museum of Art is located in Yingge, an area renowned worldwide for its ceramic craftsmanship. The silver-white building sits on reclaimed land at the confluence of the Yingge and Dahan Rivers. Taking inspiration from the reeds commonly found along the San-Ying riverbanks, its exterior walls are sculpted with staggered tubular lines, evoking the image of reeds swaying in the wind.
