Fulong Marine Station

Marine Stations are a project by the Ocean Affairs Council, Coast Guard Administration, in response to the Executive Yuan's 'Salute to the Sea' policy. This initiative transforms Coast Guard facilities into marine stations that offer educational and recreational functions. A total of 12 such stations have been established across Taiwan. Fulong Marine Station is the first of these, divided into the Fulong Sub-station and the Longmen Sub-station.
