Xiaguzi Fishing Port

Hidden within Taipei Port, bustling with frequent large ship traffic, lies a small fishing port, so tranquil it feels like stepping into another hidden gem. This place, known as Xiaguzi Fishing Port, is a little-known secret in Bali. The fishing port is located within the Taipei Port Special Zone and is currently a Class 2 fishing port, where most of the working vessels from nearby Taoyuan and Tamsui are moored. In recent years, cycling tourism along both banks of the Tamsui River has boomed. The Bali Left Bank Bicycle Path stretches approximately 16 kilometers from Guanyinkeng Creek estuary to Xiaguzi Fishing Port, passing through Guandu Bridge, Bali Ferry Terminal, Wedding Square, and continuing all the way to Waziwei Nature Reserve and Shisanhang Museum. Combining culture, ecology, and historical sites, it can be described as a rare cycling oasis in the urban jungle.
