Sijiaoting Battery

The battery is located at the border between Sijiaoting and Keelung. It was built during the Japanese colonial era and primarily served as a military defense camp. Currently, only a few remnants of barracks and bunkers remain. The barracks mostly consist of dilapidated brick walls, while the bunkers are stacked from stone, with their bases entwined by tree roots. The New Taipei City Government has designated it as a Class 3 historical monument of New Taipei City.
