Huweio Cherry Blossom Avenue

Huweio Cherry Blossom Avenue is located on Road No. 4 in Tamsui. Huweio is the old name for Tamsui. The Huweio Rotary Club and the Tamsui District Office initiated the planting of Yoshino and mountain cherry trees to increase the density of cherry tree plantings along Road No. 4, from Shulinkou to San kong quan, forming a cherry blossom avenue. With the opening of the Tamsui Light Rail, visitors can alight at Danjin Denggong Station and walk approximately 100 meters to find a 4-kilometer-long cherry blossom tunnel stretching out before them.
