Taoyuan Valley

Taoyuan Valley, where emerald green grass meets the sky, features vast grasslands stretching for several kilometers. In densely populated Taiwan, this area feels like a serene haven, a secluded paradise, independent and untouched by the outside world. Taoyuan Valley was formerly known as Kun Niu Zai Shan (綑牛仔山), a place where children herded cattle and played during the agricultural off-season in earlier times. During autumn and winter, the entire mountain is covered with silvergrass, swaying in the mountain and sea breezes, creating a fresh and beautiful pastoral scene.
