Hōnglúdì Hiking Trail

Hōnglúdì is located in the mountainous area behind Nanshiojiao in Zhonghe District, New Taipei City. Also known as 'Nanshiojiao Mountain,' it is part of the 'Smiling Mountain Line.' The hiking and sightseeing trail connecting Hōnglúdì to Yuantong Temple spans Zhonghe, Xindian, and Tucheng districts. Hōnglú Sāi Mountain, one of the peaks along this route, is ranked 16th among Taiwan's 'Little 100 Mountains' with an elevation of 302 meters, and is highly favored by hikers.
