Dexing House (Ouli Cultural Coffee)

Built in 1926, Dexing House is a Western-style shophouse mansion. Its architectural style is Baroque red-brick, featuring simplified Greek column capitals. Detailed decorations integrate traditional bracket forms, and its floral and auspicious motifs showcase a fusion of Chinese and Western aesthetics. The decorative glazed ceramic tiles are rich in color and variety, and the materials used for both the facade and interior were meticulously selected. At the time, it was probably unparalleled.
