The Beiyi Highway is a highway located in northern Taiwan, connecting Taipei and Yilan, with a total length of 58 kilometers. After descending Jīmiàn Mountain in Toucheng Township, Yilan County, the highway reaches the Lanyang Plain. Its endpoint is at the intersection with Qingyun Road (Taiwan Provincial Highway 2E) in Toucheng Township (at the 70K mark of Provincial Highway 9). It passes through Xindian, Shiding, and Pinglin Districts in New Taipei City, and Toucheng Township in Yilan County.
