Shouxinfang Creative Wagashi Cultural Museum

Mr. Chen Shih-yang, founder of Sanshukong Foods, established the "Shouxinfang" brand in 2003 with the philosophy of inheriting tradition and pioneering the future, aiming to give products a fresh new look. For many years, he repeatedly traveled to Japan to apprentice under renowned Wagashi master Yasuhisa Katsuta, utilizing continuous creativity and aesthetic sense in research, development, and production to enrich the texture and flavor layers of Wagashi. He strives to make every product not just visually stunning at first glance, but also leave an unforgettable aftertaste. Shouxinfang has continuously grown and transformed amidst tradition and innovation. In 2009, it transitioned into a tourist factory, opening up the production process of mochi and pastries for visitors to observe, allowing consumers to get a close-up look at the manufacturing process.
