Chief Cultural Creative Park

The Chief Cultural Creative Park is located in Wulai District, New Taipei City, and is a well-established institution with over 30 years of experience promoting Atayal culture. At the Chief Cultural Song and Dance Theater, you can savor unique mountain delicacies while enjoying traditional Atayal dances. Male performers wear feathered headdresses that evoke the spirit of warriors, while female performers adorn themselves with floral crowns to enhance their beauty and vitality. Their faces are also painted with ink to symbolize the traditional practice of facial tattooing. The performances include lively welcome dances, bamboo pole dances, traditional celebration and wedding dances, and more. When the atmosphere is spirited, guests even join in the chanting, making for a very lively scene.
