Balien Stream Recreational Trail

The Balien Stream Recreational Trail is located along the banks of the pristine Balien Stream. The Balien Stream flows through the entire Sanzhi District and is its main river. Legend has it that eight families once came here to cultivate the land, built homes by the stream valley, and settled down, thus naming the settlement "Baxianli". To support the daily lives of the residents, numerous irrigation ditches of various sizes were also built, allowing the people of Baxianli to wash clothes, irrigate crops, generate electricity, mill rice, and produce tea, among other uses.
