The Sanxia Arch Bridge, a unique landmark of Sanxia alongside Zushi Temple, began construction on October 7, 1932, during the Japanese colonial period (Showa Year 7), and was completed on June 28, 1933. It served as a vital transportation artery connecting to the outside world at that time. From the bridge, one can appreciate Sanxia's distinct natural environment: below flows the Sanxia River, a crucial waterway for the area; looking upstream, the majestic Yingge Mountain rises; and to the right, the densely clustered buildings signify the district's commercial center.
