Shanjia Station

The renovated Shanjia Railway Station is a designated municipal historic monument of New Taipei City. Its blend of Japanese and Western architectural styles and washed aggregate exterior walls recreate the classical appearance of the Japanese colonial era, unexpectedly making it a popular spot for wedding photos. The exhibition area also features a replica mini Shanjia Station made from recycled materials, a realistic model of the Shanjia railway, Taiwan Railways passenger timetables from the Post-Restoration period, and railway tourism brochures and maps from the Japanese colonial era, among other exhibits.
