Visitor Essentials

Drive through Pinglin downtown, take Pingshuang Road, and turn right onto Huliaotan Branch Road at approximately the 5-kilometer mark. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach Huliaotan Suspension Bridge, where you can freely admire its beauty and listen to the gurgling sounds of the Beishi River. Surrounded by mountains, the landscape forms shapes resembling dog teeth, where unusually shaped river stones contrast sharply with the tranquil waters. Look around, and you'll see emerald green river water everywhere. Gaze down, and you can spot fish swimming freely in the stream. Any photo you take will be beautiful. Huliaotan Suspension Bridge is a famous bridge in the Pinglin area, located upstream from Huliaotan Bridge. It is 110 meters long and was frequently used by early settlers for crossing mountains and rivers.
