Nantian Flower Garden

Nantian Flower Garden is located behind Nantian Temple in Xinji Village, just a five-minute journey from Shuangxi Train Station. Nantian Temple is dedicated to Guan Sheng Dijun, also known as Guan Yu (Guan Yun-chang), the righteous and loyal general from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The temple enjoys thriving incense offerings and is surrounded by an abundance of flowering plants that bloom year-round. This location, Nantian Temple in Xinji Village, is considered one of the Eight Sights of Shuangxi. Particularly stunning are the azaleas, cherry blossoms, and Liquidambar (sweetgum) trees on the three hills behind the temple, all vying for beauty. The area also features ancient cannons, pavilions, and health trails, with wooden-style railings and winding paths leading to secluded spots. Visitors and pilgrims alike are drawn to its serene and picturesque scenery.
