Feitsui Reservoir

Feitsui Reservoir, which supplies water and generates electricity for the Greater Taipei area, is located on the Beishi River, a tributary of the Xindian River. Its catchment area spans 303 square kilometers and is approximately 30 kilometers from downtown Taipei. The catchment area covers Xindian, Shiding, Shuangxi, and Pinglin districts in New Taipei City. It is the second largest reservoir in Taiwan, surpassed only by Tsengwen Reservoir.
