Wugu Zhiguang Chan Temple

Zhi Guang Chan Temple is located in Wugu District, New Taipei City, and is one of the three monasteries founded by Venerable Ru Xue. Over 20 years ago, it was merely a small private shrine, a place for lay practitioners. Around 1998 (the 87th year of the Republic), when the timing was right, Venerable Ru Xue was invited to oversee the temple's affairs. Today, Zhi Guang Chan Temple is a magnificent Buddhist temple with a vast area, lush greenery, and beautiful surrounding mountains and waters.
