Nanliao Fude Temple, located in Shulin District, New Taipei City, was formerly known as "Sanli Stone Earth God Temple." It was expanded by Yang Tian-cai, a renowned figure from Shulin, to fulfill a vow and has a history of over 30 years. It is the largest Tudigong temple in Shulin and a local religious center. The large plaza in front of the temple is an ideal place for exercise and leisure. To the right of the temple is Shulin's only cold mineral spring pool, named "Tiancai Memorial Wading Pool," which contains slightly alkaline cold sulfuric spring water. Because of its extreme rarity, it is also known as "The Treasure of Shulin" and is one of Northern Taiwan's three major cold spring resorts.
