Lin Family Mansion and Garden

The existing Lin Family Mansion and Garden, over a century old, was the Lin family's private residence during the Qing Dynasty. It was later expanded by the brothers Lin Kwo-hwa and Lin Kwo-fang. After enduring wars and the ravages of a century, though it showed signs of wear and tear multiple times, it has been restored by the government, and once again presents its meticulously crafted architectural appearance, offering visitors a strong sense of nostalgia.
