Sanxia Old Street

Sanxia Old Street, famous for its "Golden Croissant" bread and also known as Sanjiaoyong Old Street, has been a prosperous commercial thoroughfare since the Qing Dynasty. Following street renovations during the Japanese colonial period, new Western-style buildings gradually emerged, showcasing Sanxia's prosperity. Today, stepping into the quaint Sanxia Old Street is like walking into a time tunnel, with its continuous red brick archways and Baroque-style facades forming the old street's unique character.
