North Coast and Guanyin Mountain National Scenic Area

The North Coast and Guanyin Mountain National Scenic Area was established on February 20, 2001. It was formed by integrating the three provincial-level scenic areas of North Coast, Yehliu, and Guanyin Mountain, and a management office was established on July 22, 2002. Its jurisdiction encompasses the "North Coast area," which covers four administrative districts (Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, Wanli) in New Taipei City, and the "Guanyin Mountain area," which covers two administrative districts (Wugu, Bali) in New Taipei City.
