Sanxia History Museum

The Sanxia History Museum is an excellent example of the adaptive reuse of an old building. Built in 1929, it originally served as the old township office during the Japanese colonial era. At the time, it was Sanxia's most representative red-brick building, renowned as "Taiwan's most beautiful office building." In 1995, it was converted into the "History Museum."
