Visitor Essentials

The Sulfur Valley Geothermal Scenic Area in Yangmingshan National Park offers a rich geological environment of igneous and sedimentary rocks. Many attractions are nearby, such as Longfong Valley and the Sulfur Creek Hot Spring Trail. If you get tired from walking or playing, you can head to the foot bath pool to rest. The hot spring is an acidic sulfate spring, heated by underground thermal activity, containing abundant sulfur compounds and other sulfurous substances. The water is yellowish-white, has a sulfur smell, and is commonly known as "White Sulfur." The spring temperature ranges from 40 to 60℃, with a pH value between 3.2 and 4.6. It is a wonderful place for the whole family to enjoy together.
