Ganzhou Street, commonly known as Tea Street, holds a very important position in Dadaocheng's tea history. During its heyday, Ganzhou Street alone, along with the adjacent Guisui Street, was home to over a dozen tea houses. Furthermore, at that time, "Jinji Tea House" on Guide Street, "Xinfangchun Tea House" on Minsheng West Road, "Nanxing Tea House" on Xining North Road (now Quanshang Tea Factory), and "Youji Famous Tea" on Chongqing North Road were all crucial contributors to the development and expansion of the tea industry. Although Ganzhou Street has declined, there are still 5 or 6 tea houses that adhere to traditional tea-making techniques, preserving authentic tea culture. Every batch of tea undergoes complex processing, resulting in a more fragrant and lingering taste when brewed. Moreover, the tea sold here is never of compromised quality, reflecting the spirit of honest service passed down by older generations. Additionally, Chaoyang Park on Chongqing North Road is now a tea industry-themed park, documenting the past contributions of the tea industry and hoping to revitalize business opportunities in the old community by integrating tea with culture, leisure, and tourism.
