Raohe Street Tourist Night Market

Raohe Street Tourist Night Market is Taipei City's oldest tourist night market. It's not very large, but the stalls are highly concentrated, making it very convenient for regulars to quickly find their favorite food stalls. Raohe Street Night Market has two entrances, both featuring grand, gilded archways and owl totems, which symbolize the night market's mascot. One entrance is at the intersection of Tayou Street and Raohe Street, marked by an owl bronze statue; the other is at the intersection of Bade Road Section 4 and Raohe Street, next to Songshan Ciyou Temple. The night market boasts many must-try delicacies, such as the famous Oyster Vermicelli, which has received Michelin recommendations – its braised large intestine is refreshing, crispy, and incredibly flavorful. There's also the fragrant Medicinal Herb Pork Rib Soup, made with a secret blend of Chinese herbs, free from any gamey taste, making it a perfect winter tonic for strengthening bones and nourishing the body. Dongshan Duck Head, selling various braised dishes, features tender, springy meat that tastes even better when chilled. You can also find succulent crab legs and crab meat, delicious traditional tofu pudding, and countless other unique and tasty snacks.
