**Attraction Introduction:** Located in Ren'ai District, Keelung City, Xu Zisang Ancient Residence, formally known as 'Qingyutang', was once the official residence of Mr. Xu Zisang, the district chief of Keelung during the Japanese colonial period. The architecture is primarily Han Chinese style, with some decorative patterns adopting a Baroque architectural style. In earlier times, the northern part of its inner courtyard offered views of Keelung's inner harbor. Due to years of disrepair and weathering erosion, only wall remnants remain today. **Attraction Features:** Mr. Xu Zisang served as the Keelung District Chief during the Japanese colonial period. In his later years, he built a two-story, three-sided compound named 'Qingyutang' on the hillside of Yutian Village, along with the 'Youyuan' garden behind it, which featured a steep slope covered with trees. This ancient residence blends Han Chinese and Baroque styles, showcasing the unique architectural aesthetics of its time. Today, a stroll through the ruins reveals traces of Han Chinese bamboo-joint circular windows, hinting at its past splendor. However, the structure has long been eroded by weathering, leaving only mottled walls. Visitors are advised to be mindful of the surroundings and quietly appreciate the historical remnants when exploring. **Nearby Recommendations:** After visiting Xu Zisang Ancient Residence, you can head to Miaokou Night Market to savor local Keelung delicacies, bringing your Keelung trip to a perfect close.
