Lintian Shrine is a century-old relic from the Japanese colonial period. Although the main structure of the original shrine no longer exists, the foundation is still preserved. Most of the names of the benefactors on the shrine's surrounding wall, the 'Tamagaki', are still decipherable. The Fenglin Township Office has also restored the torii gate, stone lanterns, and the path to the shrine, making Lintian Shrine a popular photo spot for tourists.
