Taitung Hachiman Shrine

The Hachiman Shrine, located in Donghe Township, Taitung, is one of the few Japanese shrines in Eastern Taiwan that continues to enshrine deities. This tranquil small shrine primarily worships for traffic safety and is very popular among motorcyclists and cyclists. Thus, it is affectionately known as the 'Motorcycle Shrine'. When passing through Donghe Township, it can serve as a worthwhile space for a short stop to relax and clear your mind during your journey.
