Changkou Site

Taiwan's east coast has many prehistoric cultural sites. Most of them belong to the Qilin Culture, a late Neolithic culture dating back approximately 3,500 years ago. The Qilin Culture is also known as the 'Megalithic Culture,' primarily named for the numerous large monoliths and rock coffins found among its unearthed artifacts. The Changkou Site is one of the archaeological remains of the Qilin Culture.
