Taitung Transfer Station

After the old train station in Taitung City ceased operations, it underwent several transformations. The original platforms were repurposed into the starting point of the Taitung Mountains and Ocean Bikeway and the Railway Art Village, providing a place for tourists and locals to relax and stroll after meals. The original waiting room was converted into a Tourist Service Center, offering domestic and international travelers tourist information services, scenic area travel brochures, presentations or multimedia displays, explanations, emergency notifications, and other related consultation services. It serves as the primary and most important point of contact for travelers.
