Taitung Station

Taitung Train Station serves as the main external transportation hub for the Taitung area, with all types of trains on both the East Coast Line and South-Link Line making stops here. Inside the station, a visitor information center offers comprehensive travel information for passengers. Outside, you'll find city buses, intercity buses, Taiwan Tourist Shuttle buses for scenic spot connections, and a YouBike public bicycle rental station. The surrounding area also features hotels, B&Bs, and various car and scooter rental agencies to cater to travelers' diverse needs. The station is approximately a 10-minute drive from Taitung City Center, and taking a bus to Taitung Airport or Fugang Fishing Port each takes about 20 minutes.
