Taitung Forest Park

Taitung Forest Park is located right next to the city area, situated at a nationally important wetland at the mouth of the Beinan River. It is an urban oasis that combines forests, lakes, and estuarine wetlands, covering an extensive area of 280 hectares. The park features three lakes, each with a distinct character, including the clear-water 'Pipa Lake', the bird-watching haven 'Lusi Lake', and the 'Huoshui Lake', suitable for a variety of water activities, forming a rich and diverse natural ecological landscape.
