Taitung Airport

Taitung Airport is known as the 'Garden Airport' and was once selected as the most beautiful airport in Taiwan. Already a significant tourist attraction in itself, Taitung Airport has completed several landscaping projects in recent years. Outdoors, there's a fountain in the plaza in front of the terminal, surrounded by a sea of flowers, along with a coffee leisure area. Additionally, on the southwest side outside the terminal building, a retired original Taiwan Airlines Britten Norman Trislander B-11112 three-engine propeller airliner and an E-One P-150 Titan 4x4 fire truck (originally in service at Green Island Airport) are displayed, available for visitors to view and take photos.
