Visitor Essentials

Golden Dragon Lake is nestled in a mountain hollow flanked by twin peaks. Its surface is somewhat gourd-shaped, resembling an unpolished jade stone quietly resting in the mountains. Formerly known as "Dapi Lake", it boasts vast primitive forest landscapes. The lakeside is densely wooded, offering abundant shade. Most of the area consists of marshlands, secondary forests, and open grasslands formed by abandoned farmlands. In the nearby farmlands and wetlands, water buffalo and egrets can often be seen leisurely roaming, presenting a simple, pristine, and tranquil scenery.
