After its establishment, the East Coast National Scenic Area Administration has actively undertaken the management, administration, and planning of the East Coast region. The Administration serves multiple functions, including tourism services, interpretive education, and cultural preservation. Within the facility, visitors can find a Natural Geological Museum, an Amis Culture Exhibition Area, Prehistoric Culture exhibits, and a Whale and Dolphin Pavilion. The Visitor Service Center features a multimedia briefing room with a capacity for approximately 200 people, which shows daily presentations of the East Coast scenery. On the first floor, there is an East Coast Natural and Cultural Environmental Resources Exhibition Room, introducing various unique aspects of the East Coast. At the information desk, visitors can purchase all natural and cultural books about the East Coast, providing them with a wealth of additional information.
