Dapo Pond

Dapo Pond is also known as 'Chishang Dapi (or 'Chi Shang Da Pi')'. Its primary water sources are underground flows from the Xinwulv River and overflow water from nearby paddy fields irrigated by artificial canals. The pond's water flows northward from its outlet, becoming one of the headwaters of the Xiuguluan River. Dapo Pond is also a precious wetland rich in various species. Many unique plants grow around its perimeter, and it often attracts special birds and animals to inhabit and settle here.
