Bunun Tribal Leisure Farm

In 1984, Reverend Bai Guangsheng returned to his hometown of Yanping Township, Taitung County, to serve, embracing the spirit of 'a grain of wheat falling to the earth.' In 1994, he began to ponder a model that balanced indigenous cultural heritage with economic livelihood. The following year, with the assistance of the Eden Social Welfare Foundation, he successfully established the 'Bunun Cultural and Educational Foundation,' the first such organization founded by indigenous people.
