Embracing ancient methods and pursuing innovation, Xinxin Soy Sauce Heiganzi Soy Sauce Brewery is situated in Yuanzhang Industrial Park. Initially, it served as an OEM producer for soy sauce. After the third generation took the helm, they enhanced their traditionally handcrafted brewed soy sauce by infusing it with local Yunlin specialties like oranges, coffee, black garlic, and sword beans, resulting in the uniquely flavored Xinxin Soy Sauce.
