Wengang Zhen'an Temple

Wengang Zhen'an Temple is home to the Three Royal Lords of the fishing village and hosts a 'Welcoming the Guest King' ceremony every four years. The temple primarily worships Lord Xingfu, Lord Mofu, and Lord Sufu. Its origins trace back to the faith of the Ding family in Yanpu Wuzhu, Haikou Village, Taixi. Every four years, Zhen'an Temple commissions Master Wu Zongming from Mailiao to create a Quanzhou-style paper effigy royal boat, respectfully sending off the Five-Year Royal Lords as they depart.
