Wutiaogang Anxi Temple is the ancestral temple of the Three Princely Lords Zhang, Li, and Mo, loyal officials of the Tang Dynasty, and primarily enshrines these same Three Princely Lords. It is one of Taiwan's pilgrimage centers for the Wangye (Princely Lord) faith. In the first year of the Daoguang reign (1821), Yang Changli of Mailiao initiated its renovation and organized an eight-district worship community, including Lunting, Lunxia, Wacuo, Wugang, Shizhangli, Haikoucuo (also known as Jiezai), Kecu, and Yanpu.
