Xianan Bozi Temple

The Guanyin Bodhisattva, who saves all sentient beings and can be consulted on all matters, is the primary deity worshipped in Xianan Li. During the Taisho era, the sincere devotion of its disciples moved the Buddha, who was respectfully invited from Hushan Yan to reside in Xianan Li. The temple has stood for over a century since its construction. For the past century, the people of Xianan have sought guidance on all matters, from weddings, funerals, and celebrations to calming frights, seeking healing, moving homes, and building houses. It serves as the village's spiritual cornerstone and a shared memory for all Xianan residents.
