Doulie St. Rose Catholic Church

Doulie Catholicism originated in 1882 when Father Wang Lingmu and Father Hang Ruowang established a mission post in Doulie, officially introducing Catholicism to the area. The St. Rose Catholic Church is the origin of the mission's establishment. The current church building was rebuilt in 1953 under the direction of Bishop Niu Huiqing. Its architecture adopts a Baroque Revival style, and its tall domed ceiling is a distinctive feature.
