Zhanghu Indigo Dyeing Cultural and Humanities Association, Yunlin County, Taiwan – You Jian Dian

A crisis transformed into an opportunity, giving birth to ecological indigo dyeing. Zhanghu Elementary School, originally abandoned, faced a severe ecological crisis due to the invasion of the exotic plant Mikania micrantha. Through the combined efforts of National Formosa University and a group of indigo dyeing experts, the school successfully developed handmade indigo dyeing services, transforming into a unique workshop that promotes ecological spirit.
