Beigang Yimin Temple

The Yimin Temple is compact and exquisite, located just a stone's throw from Chaotian Temple. During the Qing Dynasty, successive rebellions led by Lin Shuangwen and Dai Chaochun occurred. The Yimin militia of Beigang bravely fought to protect their homes. After the rebellions were quelled, local residents collectively enshrined these fallen heroes in the 'Jingyi Pavilion.' Following multiple renovations, it was renamed 'Yimin Temple,' becoming a historical site that combines a tomb and a temple, revered by later generations.
