Seven-Corner Well

With over 380 years of history, the Seven-Corner Well was built before Yan Siki's pioneering period. It includes two wells, one in Chegang Village and one in Shuibei Village. The Seven-Corner Red-Haired Well, built by local Han Chinese ancestors during the Ming Dynasty, Yan Siki's era, remains in Chegang Village, Shuilin Township. Later, a second Seven-Corner Red-Haired Well was discovered in Shuibei Village. This second well was originally the main water source for the Wang family for twelve generations and is now owned by the Ke family, marking a historically significant discovery. To avoid disturbing nearby residents, please lower your voice when visiting the well! It is said that the Seven-Corner Well has been passed down for 12 generations, is two to three hundred years old, and was once one of the main water sources for the area.
