Guashan Village - An Aesthetic Lifestyle Hub

Beyond the Giant Buddha, historical sites, and natural ecology of the Bagua Mountain Giant Buddha Scenic Area, there is also a vibrant cultural landscape. A group of 'artists,' 'creators,' and 'gourmets' who love aesthetic living and embody the spirit of craftsmanship have gathered here to operate their own studios, forming the unique aesthetic community of 'Guashan Village.' The 'villagers' here connect with people through craft and creativity, broaden the imagination of daily life, design diverse courses for people to experience the joy of artistic creation, and offer visitors delightful culinary experiences. The circular building of 'Guashan Village' is located directly opposite the pilgrimage path to the Giant Buddha, behind the Bagua Mountain Scenic Area Visitor Center, and connects to the Bagua Mountain Natural Ecological Park, making it a true tourism hub within the scenic area. The plaza was originally a gathering place for vendors, but the publicly constructed circular building remained idle and unused, which was a great pity. In 2020, the 'Changhua County Creative Aesthetic Education Association' proposed the idea of creating an aesthetic living community. This proposal was selected by the county government after evaluation, thus launching the 'Guashan Village' project. It provides a space for a group of passionate and sharing creative artisans to establish themselves, allowing local Changhua brands to find a creative space and a platform to interact with visitors.
