Wanjing Art Garden

Wanjing Art Garden is located in Xizhou Township, Changhua County. In 1992, Chairman Chen Tsang-Hsing saw a century-old camphor tree lying in front of a camphor oil factory, still sprouting tender shoots. Moved by compassion, he purchased and adopted it, allowing the ancient camphor tree to continue its life. This serendipitous event led to the establishment of an old tree sanctuary bank, and subsequently, the creation of a garden primarily featuring native Taiwanese plants. Over more than a decade, the park has been continuously expanded and new scenic structures have been added. It is currently Taiwan's largest and finest garden, filled with rare flowers, wood, trees, and stones, possessing the grandeur of a world-class garden.
