The Changhua County Art Museum is currently the newest and most representative county-level art museum in central Taiwan, known for its scale and facilities. Featuring high ceilings and a modern green building design, it is located at the intersection of Dongmin Street and Guashan Road in Changhua City. It integrates with nearby national historical sites and cultural assets such as Changhua Confucius Temple, Wude Hall, and Jiexiao Shrine, as well as cultural attractions like the Changhua County Library, Changhua Art Museum, Changhua City Library, Changhua Living Arts Museum, and the Baguashan Great Buddha Scenic Area. Together, these form Changhua's most beautiful cultural living circle, providing the public not only a space to engage with arts and culture, but also driving local artistic and cultural activities and increasing county residents' participation in arts and culture.
