Fuhai Temple

The Fuhai Temple, built in 1812 AD, is grand in scale. Two flagpoles stand in its forecourt. To its rear right is Fuhai Park, and to its front right is a well called 'Dragon Spring Well'. Its water is clear and sweet, believed to quench thirst and ensure safety. On the 23rd day of the third lunar month, Mazu's birthday, devotees offer pious worship, and traditional opera performances are staged, marking a major event.
